Sports, in a park, and in the evening.

Hello there,
………. A park is not only a park.

Last night, I went to Ilan-City-Park to play table-tennis (It is called pin-pong in Taiwan), It is about 6 minutes driving from my home, I usually go there triple a week to play table-tennis of an hour each time. It is totally free to all people.

There are many sports facilities in the Ilan-City-Park (27 hectares), such as: swimming pool, gym, croquet and many others, Most of them are totally free, or, cheap.

The most convenience to public is its open time; people can use them in the evening with light. Table-tennis is opened till 23:00 pm; gym, basketball and tennis are closed at 21:00 pm.

A park usually means an area with few or no buildings set aside for public use for recreational. If, a park could be set a couple of facilities for sports, it would be more useful to public. A park is no more the park only.

Table-tennis, Basketball, and Tennis.

Ilan City Sports Park

Best wishes.

Comments

Hello James, thank you for the very amusing, informative serials on Ilan city. I enjoy reading them a lot. Best wishes, Hania

Hi James, as always, inovating in pictures.

Hello James! I response to your great post but not all comments appear. I am glad to see you are always in a good mood and comtinue in your big serial. Really, reading what for facilities you have there even so cheap or free made me almost to desire to move there. I think you don“t have much work as a prosecutor when people have so free possibilities to spend their time in useful activities. Are there in Ilan city some galeries too? Looking forwards to the next dose!

Thanks for all your contributions. This blog has now closed and can no longer accept new comments.
