This is the first day of December, it’s 17°c~24°c (63°f~ 75°f) in Ilan city, winter time, cloudy, and wind direction is ENE (east-northeast). Visibility is 20 km (kilometer), relative humidity is 59 %, and accumulated precipitation is zero mm. In general, the weather is quite good today.
