Lifestyle

Hi everyone,hi Simon !
First of all I want to say sorry to all of you,to Simon-my English teacher on BBC.....to a lot of people that always look forward to seeing my posting here on BBC blog....

I feel so sorry right now, just don’t know what to say to apologize for not posting new entries those days…I actually posted the entry about Vietnamese traditional dress called Ao dai a few days ago but I don’t know why that entry is still in processing .So I just think I should wait until that one is published !So sorry for that….

What about Simon’s idea of doing some presentations I must say It’s a great idea. We tend to have some presentations at our English class too but It ‘s always prepared by our teacher ^^!.By Simon’s idea I have done a very interesting presentation about computer components . It’s for that little girl I have told about in my previous entry .I hope she will enjoy it.It’s always more interesting and effected to try a new way of studying .That’s why we really enjoy those lessons of younger professors. Though they don’t have a lot of experiences in teaching like our older professors but they always make us put new ideas into actions.

Now let me explain something to you about those pictures I have posted in my previous entry!they were those ones I had to find on the Internet. As you know my computer was broken so we had to install the system so I don’t have anything right now on my computer. By the way I think It’s can be good :P At least It makes you feel more and more curious to decide to visit Prague ;))

Yesterday I talked to my friends about the differences of lifestyle in Europe and in Vietnam ^^!Guess, what I told them ! I said Vietnamese people worked too much. It’s normal when someone from Vietnam tell you they work during the weekend or they have to go to school on Saturday .I also did the same when I was there ,my school started from Monday until Saturday. Sunday is the only day when I could have a rest but like a trend of studying pupils in Vietnam go to school also on the last day of a week –SUNDAY!!!! It was something very special to see me at home because I used to have some courses in the evenings. Not some language courses but some lessons of Math , Vietnamese literature , Physical science or Chemistry :( Can you imagine how horrible It was to had to take something like that in the evenings when you were totally exhausted after being all day at school ?

What about here ?The way I spend my time after studying :)) well ,It is said that students should study hard but they also should enjoy the student’s life !!! How funny It is ;)).I am glad that apart from those places Simon had a good memory of beer during his stay in Prague :P Czech drink pretty much,It’s in their gens I think ! We tend to go to the pub after school just to have some glasses of beer !(I am telling you about the life in Pilsen :P)You can see here bars every corner of the city

.I can’t drink that much like Czech( I see a big problem with increase of population just after 2 glasses.=))I hope you can get me now) but whenever I have time It’s always nice to go with friends. The chance to be drunk is the same for them .It doesn’t depend on whether they are girls or boys :)):D :D

I’ll continue talking about partying next time :P

Have a nice time :D:D

Hi Linda! Oooh... don´t worry. We all understand you :-). Well, it seems you enjoy more your Czech student life, don´t you? :-) I hope to hear from you soon. All the best, Ana Paula.

Hi Linda It's amazing how hardworking asian people are. Here in my country, if someone tell the students they will have to go to clases from monday to saturday and have some courses on sunday, he (or she) will start a revolution. I think that is one of the main explanations for the dinamic development of the "asian tigers". But, in the other hand, I believe that some fun and free time is also very important. Of course we have to work for living, but not live for working. In other field, the dresses are very beautifull, and some of them look a little western too. Oh!, the models are prety beautifull too. Bye.

Hi , Linda. You're right .It's take us longer time to study at school also at home . Vietnamese children don't have free time to be themselves . This situation come true maybe when our country get the advanced steps like the developed countries. Are you willing to back Viet Nam's education system ?

Hello Linda, speaking of presentations, we were given topics for presentation and we had to prepare everything on our own. Since it was an institute of accountinmg education, there used to be topics related with economics, communication, opening of a new franchise or setting up the going concern as a multinational company. We could use trasparencies to show them on the board, we ould also keep flash cards with us and also the use of white board to explain important points. It all used to be very interesting and worth learning. I hope you will write some more blog entries over the next week as the blogging month is drawing to its end. Best wishes, Naheed

Thanks for all your contributions. This blog has now closed and can no longer accept new comments.
