Here are some pictures of my work
Hello everyone
Scratchy is so cute that it reminded me of my rabbit to whom we sisters used to call as our baby brother. It's so nice to know that you think about animals and you care about them. Animals can't speak but when we care about them and don't hurt them, they pray to God for our wellbeing.
Jo, I am getting your explanation about the articles. And I am also looking at the sentence I wrote. I can understand from the article 'the' which explains something which is a fact, we can say about the thing as 'you know i know'. That's why we will use 'the' for father. I will do some exercises on today's lesson.
Thank you to all the virtual friends for your kind comments.
Ana Paula, do let me know when you see my work, I will be waiting for your comments :)
Tomo, I will write more about the snacks we have with tea in my tomorrow's post. For now, I will say I am from a Gujarati family so we have a long range of tea snacks. Could you please tell me more about The Japanese tea as how is it made and the rice crackers.
Thanks Manas, and what I say about your friend, it was really funny to read about him :). I am sure most of us have problem with articles.
Adek, I sound like a Polish girl! Now you will have to explain me how? I will be looking forward to reading your comment.
Leila I can understand that.
Marianna, I like your comments when you write to me so keep writing whenever you have time. I love to read everyone's comments.
Here are some pictures of my work as I had promised to post them.
A pot was placed before us and we had to draw it. It was drawn with a charcoal pencil.

Bye for now

Hello Naheed. I am grateful to you for your kind response to my comment. I can see that you have developed your artistic skills very well and that your pictures depict the scenes from your surroundings. If I ever save up enough money to travell to Karachi to see the beach and everything that surrounds it, I will make sure to visit you there. Don't be surprised to find me on your doorstep in a couple of years. Will I be welcomed? Would you and could you post some of the most helpful links to online libraries, if that is OK with the people from BBC, and if that is not possible, would you give us some advice how to find them on our own? Thank you. I will be reading you soon. Benka

Hi Naheed, Pakistan is the second most populous country with a Muslim majority, and tourism is a growing industry in Pakistan. Maybe I will travel to Pakistan some day. To a Muslim country, should I be aware of something I cannot do or say? By the way, your works are very good. Best Regards
Hi, Naheed. You're a good artist! Have you studied arts at school or somewhere else? The works are marvelous! Could you tell me why did you paint the pot with your finger? Thank you for your comment, Naheed. You mean, you speak Gujarati as well? Now, I'm happy to tell you more details about the tea and the rice crackers as your request. Japanese green tea(ocha) is most popular beverages in Japan. Ocha is made from steamed young tea leaves. There are some kinds of ocha in Japan. It depends on processing how ocha is taste like. Common ocha made of dried or roasted tea leaves. We drink ocha(no sugar also no cream) with cups without handles at anytime of a day. Cold ocha in plastic bottles is popular and sold throughout the year anywhere in Japan. Hot ocha in plastic bottles is to be seen in winter. Japanese cracker(senbei) is made from glutinous rice and wheat flour. The dough is thinly stretched out or put into molds, usually circle but sometimes square, about five to eight centimeters in diameter and baked. Senbei has been eaten from 200 to 300 years ago. We don't make senbei ourself at home. We can see few handmade senbei shops in Japan. I buy senbei(non-handmade) at supermarket. I hope you understand ocha and senbei as a part of our culture with my explanation. Naheed, thank you for reading my such a long comment until the end! And also I'd like to say thank you who might read this comment until the end even this long one!
Naheed, you just become a free-hand writer! Thanks a lot.
Hello Naheed, It is good work. I liked your last sketch (drawing) very much. I wondered how much time it must have taken you for finishing it. It has come out very well, particularily the colours, the shadow and the corner and all about it. So, I think your drawing activity is next best thing to feeding a pigeon. Tell me, what else do you sketch? You know I know only to draw "eyes" and I like it to do that. So in my sketch book, you will find all "eyes"...some sad, some happy, some angry and some surprised... you know eyes speak a lot, i like to capture it. and best thing, they speak without a speaking a word. Isn't it amazing? You know I feel one should experience all sort of emotions in a day. It is like going on trip for emotions. You will think I am crazy. So, the rabit you mentioned is no longer with you or what? Cheers Manas
Hello Naheed! Your attitude to animals is remarkable and I share it with you. I live right middle the forest which was only an animals real home area recently. So your drawings are poetic and lovely, that`s first time we can admire something like that here! It`s needed a patience and not easy to work. A small `encouragement´ to Jo`s hard task from me would be to 5). In slovak language we say, give someone a little finger and they`ll take a whole arm. Nice regards!
Naheed, no doubt you have artistic ability. I also have sensed – as many others also – that you are a sensitive and caring person. I presume that you have found the purpose and reason in your daily life. It is a rare thing to have at your young age. I further assume that the compassion that you feel also gives you at times some pain. But what would the world be, if one didn´t feel anything. Compassion and caring are precious gifts to have, although they almost always travel with ache. By the way, I used to make pots for about 15 years.
Hi, Naheed! How's it going? Hope everything with you is good. I'm very keen on visual art and I have to say I like your drawings and your craftwork, especially the second one;) I'm not used to leaving comments here but despite that I want you to know I like your blog very much, you are doing a great job! Best regards,
