An ordinary day
Hello, everyone,
It’s the top of stressful yesterday.
It’s just up to my emotion about my personal things. But I cannot say about that because it’s very personal.
Don’t be worry about your correction. I again promised myself that I no longer involve inside problem of mine with my blog. You know, no one could be the same emotion and feeling is changeable every moment. Now I’m better because I decided to stop thinking about old matters. I told my co-worker about my inconvenience feeling yesterday. She just listened to my thoughts of work and love why I was so depressed. I needed a person who could listen to me and she was a good listener. She said nothing for me but I felt healing my heart soon.
I’m feeling more tired as time goes to the end of week. Thanks to God for giving us the time to take a rest weekend.
I’m really appreciated all of you. Your comments of my blog give me great encouragement to enjoy writing my stories. Diema who is one of the readers my blog gave me tips to ask Stephen. I’m not a good questioner and not curious about getting friendly with unknown people.
Stephen, did you read the comments of my blog from Diema? If so, why don’t you write to your answers? I have questions for you. As an English teacher you had many chances to go abroad. How many countries did you visit? Do you get in touch with any students who were learnt by you? Where is the most impressed country to you?
I’m sometimes out of control to steady my mind. I’m not easy to anger quickly but feeling depressed soon especially unexpected situations. I know, I have to get fresh air so that my feeling changes to be better.
One of my friends gave me free movie tickets. I can see any movies showing now.
It’s more often to book the tickets through internet in Korea. It’s much convenience because I don’t waste the time to wait on the queue at the cinema. We can’t live without inter-net. It’s a very popular way to buy anything and I can buy something through overseas sites. Which site do you mostly use? For me, I bought CDs through Amazon. The world is quite closed that we also can share our life the same time.
I’m going to the cinema to see Chinese movie, Battle of wits tonight. It’s about Chinese revolution period from BC 8 to BC 3. Korean famous movie star, Sungki Ahn is performed Hamumjung who attacked to the enemy, killed ten thousands his soldiers.
I learnt Chinese history and other Asian countries when I was a high school student. Did you learn any other countries history from school? I loved learning history about mine and others. I was keen on reading history books. As I told you about New year resolutions, I want to read more books than I did before. I’m planning to read the book, Avalon chronology, written by Jean Markale and translated to Korean by Jungran Kim.
Now I’m reading the book, To be happy written by Liz Hoggard. It not English version unfortunately. Of course, Stephen likes me to read more English books than Korean but I prefer Korean books to English. I’ll try to read articles and other scripts in English as he suggested. By the way, I was surprised when Stephen noted recommendations for our readers. I bought the book, Brick lane when I lived in Manchetser. I didn’t finish reading the book until now. I’ll do my best to finish it soon.
I didn’t have any chances to use in English except works because Korean is my mother tongue and my environment is around Korean. After I finished the language course in the U.K, I realized my English is still not good and should be improved. I found out BBC learning language to the students when I was surfing on the web. It’ brilliant site for English learners. By chance, I took this unique opportunity to learn English again by BBC Learning English team. I specially thank your team for making the blog in English.
Blogging is a very popular way to describe myself and to show photos I was taken.
Most people have their own blog one or more than three because all Korean portal sites provide the service making blog. Do you have your own blog? I recently haven’t updated it. Another famous way to show yourself is making ‘mini-homepage’ on cyworld.com in Korea, I believe Korean must have it because it’s a way to contact your friends and relatives who are far from you. I feel we live open world and share any information very soon. Think about 911, we watched these destroyed buildings on the TV the same as US. Do you afraid if you’re reached information late? To be honest, I prefer analogue to digital. Now CD Player is not use to young people, they like to listen to the music with MP3 even though CD Players just developed the end of the 20C. Everything changed very fast and disappeared quickly. Today’s information is not useless tomorrow especially IT world.
When I told my friends about my dream that I like to live countryside, they hardly agree to live out of city. People afraid they live far away from the downtown.
How do you feel?
PS
Stephen, your single comments are really appreciated improving my English.
I like to send a very sweet candy and a chocolate to you. No kidding.
But I don’t think you like to eat sweets as a child. Do you?

Hello Soyoung! I think that should be amazing the experience of living abroad. Specially in our case as English students going to live in a coutry which English is the language spoken. You could ask Stephen about his experiences abroad, for instance, Did he have any problem with the different food? Did he have difficults to understand and adaptation to the culture of the country visited? Did he pass through any funny but embarrissing situation abroad? If so, ask him to share with us. Regards.
