Goodbye and Hello

Happy New Year Federico (and everyone else),

December has been a very interesting month for us finding out about your fascinating job. I thought that I travelled a lot before I read your blog! Unfortunately, it's a new month so time to say goodbye. We'll leave you to your panettone and your battered copy of Don Quixote and wish you the very best for 2007.

It's time to say hello to Soyoung Lee from Korea. As always, I'll let the new blogger introduce herself...

Hello Everybody! Firstly, I would like to wish a happy New Year, joy, health and success in 2007 to all people working for the BBC, to all previous and present teacher and student bloggers and to all readers and lovely people who wrote me a lot of kind comments during my blogging. Secondly, I would like to thank the BBC for this wonderful opportunity. I can say that writing the blog in September is one of my unforgettable experiences in my life. I have thought about Lewis (my teacher blogger} and Tomono a great deal recently. I hope that they arrived safely in the UK; they settled down and are satisfied. I would like to greet them in this way if it is be possible. I know that Lewis’s parents must be happy and Tomono’s parents must be sad because they miss their daughter. Nowadays, I am in the same situation as in September because my daughter is coming home on 4th January so my real Christmas is approaching. I also have some butterflies in my stomach about her flying and I am really excited. It will be a warm feeling to have the whole family home again. I hope that I did not make you bored by sharing my excitement. My very best wishes to everybody!
