Jet lag

I'm starving!!!!!!! What happened to me? Why can't I stop eating. It seems I want to eat more and more. After I'm fulled, all I need is sleeping. These happens everyday. If I write down what I've done, it must be "working","eating" and "sleeping".I think it's happened since I started working. My routine has been changed. In the morning, I have to get out of the bed with my closed eyes. I haven't watch TV at night because I'm too tired to be interested in any prgramme.
Where is a girl who sleep late, watch TV. over night? LoL I even thought I got insomnia disease in that time.Sleeping used to be my problem. But they are all the past, never happen again. Have you got the word to explain my symptoms? I'm thinking of "jet lag" syndrome now.How will you diagnose my disease? Working lag?? Is that ok? :p

Before I got a job, I had plans to do many things. But if I have time at the moment, I just want to sleep. What am I supposed to do to refresh mytself when I get home every night? Plase give me your advice. As I really want to do many activities, read load of interesting books and write everyday's blogs.

Ok,guys. I better say goodnight here before I'm sleeping at the front of computer.See you tomorrow .

Hello Chitissa! I am sure it is period of adaptation and you will cope with the lack of sleeping and the hunger. It is a sure sign that something is going to happen in your life.I suppose you were less occupied during the student's year and you had more time for leasure. Now you are engrossed in your work and time flies.Your body need time to get over the stress caused by the changes. So don't worry, that period will pass away. May be my piece of advise sounds a little bit like a mother's one but I am a working mother and trust me it is not easy. In order to overcome difficulties you should care of your body.I could not praise myself I do that in the best way but I try.In my opinion watching TV is not a good idea for recreation.I feel burdened with bad news from TV.Try to spend more time outdoor. The fresh air and outdoor activities make wonders.I was very surprised after my first winter holiday. I learnt to ski, spent whole days outside and 6 hour per night were absolutely enough to feel cheered up.You can try swimming or tourism during the weekends.Do you know the saying that life is everything that is happening while we make plans ;-) ? So, don't make many plans.Good luck! Stay cool! Diema

Dear Chittisa, Early I had such simptoms because during that time I had a rush work. If you work in finance you should know about such everyday stress. But in one day I've thought about myself and my further life. I've said to myself that in the world there are such many interesting sights that I must to look them all around. And I've bought vitamins, iodine -containing tablets and went away on vacation. Now I'm getting promotion because (I think so) all people (top managers including) would like to see you good-natured, soft and pretty. That's why my advise to you "Take it easy"

Hi, Aye! I know the word for Your "disease". It's "healthy life". Indeed, working, eating and sleeping is all a man have to do. This is the way life is meant to be. So don't warry, if You have an appetite and a good sleeptime that's totally allright. In addition, I think it's the way Your organism tries to relax after so hard period of work hunting. Just chill out.

Hi Chittisa, I can’t imagine you just eating, sleeping … you are so energetic person. Surely I’m joking. I think it’s quite normal what’s going on with you. Your life has totally changed, the student time is already a history. And now you are overwhelmed by a challenging job with all its consequences – and that could be really exhausting. If you feel that this is a unique chance for you to develop yourself remember not to be too keen on it as you just overburden yourself. And think how to organize your time – if you manage to do it you’ll see that actually you’ve got a plenty of it. Just survive the first weeks of being ‘working woman’ and don’t let the ‘working lag’ get you down. I can still remember my first job just after graduation – I felt like a bird caged. So, I keep my fingers crossed!

I have met your logging page newly. I suddenly decided to write a comment so that it can be short. as you mentioned our bodys alweys need a coupel of thing, eating, sleeping, falling in love and knowing. Pleas dont forget love maybe see you later

hellow! I suppose you've got annoying problem. Any way,,the best way that I would like to recommend you is just being freed from everything..your work, bother and so on. make a spare time and your body relaxed..If you do so for several days, you might feel much better, I guess! Yet,please remember that overeating is unhealthy,,

First at all sorry for my english i`m lerning rigth now and i`m not good . I fell the same things i`m so tired all day and i need to sleep every day, but you only have to organize your live. i wake up 5am and i go to bed at 11pm so i dont sleep to much but i eat healthy food and i practice some exercices a week. if you eat in your hours and do exercices your life improvement to much. make a schudle with all your activities. well you should go to the doctor and ask for pills or vitamins you need some well i was a pleasure bye

I understand being kind of lazy at times. I, myself, feel the same when I come back from work after a long and exhausting workday -- yes, this can happen in France too!!! The only place where I feel secure is in the kitchen, stuck as close as possible to the fridge (Kidding). No, I should stop rambling on about food and how life can be in France. You know, when I feel that way, I try to remember that there are lots of things worth doing in life like going out with friends, exercising or simply cooking your own food. I pesonally take care of the kids, take them to the game or help them with their homework (what do you think? Being a father of 5 is a damn job). Well, I have to go now. Take care

hye chitissa...i felt the same thing as u in first year i'm working...feel tired and don't have enough time to rest..at first,,i'm thinking same as u,,why i felt tired compared i was a student,,even though my schedule when i was studying more packed compared when i was working..then,,,i realise..i should organize my time better.i always spend my lunch time for sleep..have little snap...no need to take much time...just 15 minutes or 10 minutes of effective sleep time..then when u get up..you will feel release and more relax...believe me...i'm sorry because my english is so weak...because i'm still learning...about the tips...u can practice it.

Thanks for all your contributions. This blog has now closed and can no longer accept new comments.
