Hate it or love it

guten Tag!

LoL... I have started the greeting with German language which I just learnt for 5 minutes ago :p from BBC languages so if I used it in the wrong way, please accept my apologies in advance. I know I shouldn't start to learn another laguage at the moment since I'm supposed to improve my English as much as I can. Anyway, I think learning the third language is not the bad idea in the recent century.

Well! How was the beginning of your working day? Everything all right? Some people don't like Monday as it's the first day of a week. That means they gonna work for another 4 days. But I love this yellow day. I'm thinking of the new beginning.I always start to do the new things on Monday. I've got the belief that evrything will go on well if we start at the good point. After we recharge our baterries on weekends, our energies should be full and get ready to carry on our things. What about you and Monday? Hate it or love it?

All right, I think we have known each other better than the firt time so I would like to invite you to my office. Today I got the assignment to evaluate the company's property It's a luxury condominium. I had to analize every units in this condo, check the master plan to find out if each rooms are practical to being used. Not only our plans that I got to work it out but our competitors also.So my table was full of papers.I was attracted to this job. I have done it by forgetting about time. Anyway, while I was taking a break to breathe and staying with myself for a while, I got a blip of wonder what I have been doing. If you are not in my field, you might think this task should be related to the engineer department but if you know the truth, you will get what I mean. Everything was new for me. On weekend I spent my time with reading loads of architectural book.I felt a bit missing engineer's jobs.Imagine how my life would be, if I chose the other job. No....ooo!!! stop thinking!! No more regret. I shaked my head and thought of what my mom said "go ahead and do it the best" .Well, Look in the positive side, There are such a lot of things to learn in my life and it's not too bad for developing my knowledges. I could learn many skills from this job. I'm not supposed to give up since I haven't started to run.How about your Monday? Please come around and share your experiences with me.

For someone who's tired of your responsibilities, Cheers up!! ,Hang in there!! I do believe that every jobs are worth doing.

i am encouraged after reading your paper. you are so confident and energetic, you always can find the good things and keep yourself in good mood. i am afraid of monday, i am a teacher and i always have classes on monday , so my monday is very busy, first i send my son to school, then i ride my bike to classroom. and the class on monday is not successful, students looks very tired and sleepy after two days fun and leisure. i always spend time cheering my up students . so sometime i really feel very frustrated and disappointed. if i have no class on monday i think i will like monday, because i can take the time to prepare my class for this week. and about the job, i have been a teacher for more than six years, most of time i feel good, but sometime i feel bad, and helpless, especially when my students do not cooperate with me. and i must keep up with time, each year i have new students, young and fresh, but i grow old gradually, so i must keep up with time, to know my students better. i get alot from my job. to be patient and keep on studying. and for a time i want to change to do a new job. but i have no confidence in myself, i have been educated to be a teacher.

Hi Chitissa. In contrast to you I don't like Mondays. My experiance for starting do things at Mondays shows me that it is not good day for me. I feel a little bit inefficient and not well-organised. Tuesdays are the days I can do my best. If you are inclined to take a piece of advice,I'll tell you something. If you are engrossed in your work and it gives you pleasure , it's nice. But if there is even a gleam of boredom, think of another one.Don't give a chance to the boredom to engross your life. Now, I'm blaming myself of not doing enough and wasting precious time.Good luck! Diema

Hello. I think monday is a good day to begin working since is the beggining of the week and people have had rest in the weekend. But I think the main problem about people who are looking forward to the end of the week is because they not enjoy enouph their jobs, and are working mainly because they need their salaries to pay their bills. In my case I enjoy what I do because I am working in my field but my company do not promote me even if I think I have been mading a good job. The best option is to keep optimist and motivated and look to change things instead of waiting for a solution.

Hi Everybody; Frankly speaking, I do not think that the impression I got from Monday and Friday is the same for me.On mondays, we come back to work after a very energitic, relaxing weekend whick makes me upset through the first hours of the day.But then, you suddenly get used to resuming work and finish the hard day of the week.Perhaps the reason why many people feel bad on monday is stemming from the fact that it`s the first day of the week and this day comes peeople mind with the word `work`! in opposite to this, friday , is the final day of the week but on the other hand it`s also beginning of a wonderfull weekend period. Let`s live all days of the week in the taste of weekend! THANKS

Hi I agree with you. I like monday very much. I´m really full of energy and enthusiasm to work. But the other hand I´m relly tired on friday and I´m looking forward to weekend. I like my work and I´m not bored very often. It is maybe because I love my life very much!:o))

"Guten Tag!" is correct. But in written speech we use mostly the simple "Hallo!" Or "Meine lieben Leser" (My dear readers) would be possible too. Btw, I like friday more than monday. :-) And my favourite day is saturday. And very good are Christmas Eve and the following days.

Thanks for all your contributions. This blog has now closed and can no longer accept new comments.
