Football memories and experiences

Hello

I want to tell u a funny story. Two years ago I was playing in Greece, while I was trying to catch a ball between so many feet … one of the other team players hit my head from behind, right above my neck, exactly in the bottom of my skull. It was so strong that I lost consciousness for a few minutes … the funny thing is that I stood up, no problem, but I totally lost the memory starting that moment … later my friends told me that I went on playing till the match was finished I even stopped a few balls as if nothing has happened, then when we went to the changing room I sat down for a while and suddenly regained my memory.

I mean the memory for the moment, I asked them what happened, is the game finished, did we win or lose, what happened after I got hit? I totally lost memory of every thing for 20 mins …

Well I guess I am having my share of fun playing football …

Today, and for two weeks, I will be on air on the Egyptian tv, for two hours, I am commenting on the matches of the World Cup. It is a career I might be considering later on when I retire … not commenting on matches, but working in the media field.

Then finally I will have Sunday off … excuse me for not writing on that day, i will be out with my family all day.

I think football is the best sport ever, it teaches you lots of things, specially the goal keeper. It makes you very sharp in your decisions, as well as fast in taking them, you have to have full control over your body and your nerves. Sometimes one hundred thousand people shout my name when I am getting ready for penalty shots - I control my ears, I stop them from listening, literarily, I stop hearing them and I focus on the ball and the foot behind it … I also use my control over my ears when they are greeting me when I enter the field, and I whisper “allahom aoza beka men al goroor” which means, god help me against my self , don’t let me get too proud..

But after all it is a wonderful feeling

Salam every body , meet u monday

I was very happy to read for nader. Your English is excellent. You are using a smart style of writing.Nader are you going to go on playing for AlAhli thought you played only one game in the last season.

This is a funny story but it could be better if you have mentioned that whether your team won or lost. If you won but the same time you were lost it must be very funny because every body must be flying high but one is not able to express his joy. Nobody knows but he wasn’t there. This type of situation really makes you laugh.

Let's talk about the world cup. We are so happy that our team won the first battle against Iran. Did you watch the match? What are your comments? Which team do you think it's going to win the cup? What is your fovourite team in this cup? Who will be the top goalscorer at the end?

Let me hug you my dear friend and congratulate to your skull for not being damaged moreover leving for 20 minutes.Phew! Well , i am happy to find you here and reveal your such funny and sadden accident happened with you. Do you know what exactly right now running in my brain? We totaly have destroyed the meaning of game, game means to expedite harmony and peaceness among different people from all around the world and we have made it's relation with the prestige of indivual source. A question always come in my mind when we will learn the meaning of standing of human being's foot. Right now we are like that beast who knows to cover up it's Body with clothes, just nothing more except of it. Well you never do the same behaviour with your envy player. Please try your best as mush as you can do to retain the meaningfull notion of Game. May God Bless You! My lovely friend.

I was a sportsman myself and I quite understand the intensity of the injury you underwent while you tried to stop a goal. Thank God the impact did not affect you or your subsequent performance a the person with whom you came into contact was no weakling. I guess the blow would have been backed up with a tremendous force. However like many others I too am eager to know the final result of the match. Wish you good luck in all your future endeavors.

Thanks for all your contributions. This blog has now closed and can no longer accept new comments.
