What is your business plan?
My business plan is to transform Boozy Bar, a small mobile cocktail bar business, into a scalable national brand. I would also like to develop a Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktail and mocktail product line to be launched on supermarkets shelves, inspired by flavours from Asia and the success of BuzzBallz. We are not just another mobile bar or another RTD drink, but a fusion of both with a focus on customisation, providing unique cocktails and mocktails high end experiences, and cultural relevance that sets us apart from all competitors for all types of events.

I’m the perfect mix of charm and hustle who’s confident, quick-thinking, and not afraid to get stuck in. I bring ideas, energy, and a bit of cheek, which means I don’t just talk the talk, I make things happen. I’m the type who’ll win over a room with my cheeky smile, get results, and still have everyone laughing by the end and won’t go down without a fight. Lord Sugar’s looking for someone who stands out, and I do, every single time and let’s be honest, that’s basically my brand.

With the investment and Lord Sugar’s know-how, Boozy Bar can pivot into a high-growth business. This dual model will create multiple revenue streams, smoothing out seasonality and vastly increasing the addressable market. Boozy Bar uniquely bridges the gap between the live experience (on-trade) and retail product (off-trade). We are not just another mobile bar or another RTD drink, but a fusion of both with a focus on customisation, providing unique experiences that sets us apart from all competitors for all types of events.
How would those who know you best describe you?
People describe me as the life of the party, the cheeky crazy fun one who’s always loud and up for a laugh and probably the last to leave. Someone who brings positivity and good vibes wherever I go. They’d describe me as a total foodie who’s loves to order everything off the menu and is always on the hunt for new pubs and bars. Known for speaking my mind (sometimes a little too much), but luckily, the cheeky smile makes up for it!
