What is your business plan?
My business plan is to reinvent public relations for the modern era, delivering smarter, faster, and more transparent PR through intelligent automation, without losing the human touch that drives meaningful media outcomes. The plan is to supercharge PR professionals, not replace them, giving top talent the tools to do five times the work without burning out or getting bogged down in admin.
Nobody likes a transactional corporate robot, which is why authenticity is the best recipe.
What makes you a unique candidate?
I’m solid in some important areas for candidates - I’m quick when thinking on my feet, confident in pitches, and I enjoy using my people skills to get a good deal. Maybe that’s not unique, but I suppose everyone is in their own way, after all there’s never been a ‘me’ before.
Why do you deserve Lord Sugar's investment?
I don’t need Lord Sugar, Lord Sugar needs me... I’m obviously kidding - I’m not going to be that guy. In all seriousness, my whole life, I’ve always been passionate about finding better ways to do things. I’ve already been recognised in PRWeek's 30 under 30 for my contributions to the industry, and since the introduction of AI, I’ve looked for ways to transform public relations, delivering faster, targeted, and more impactful results for clients that make a real difference to their businesses. PR is one of the only major sectors that hasn’t undergone a meaningful tech-led transformation, and I believe it’s essential that the person leading this revolution focuses on improving people’s jobs, not eliminating them altogether. PR is about people, and I’m passionate about preserving that. My business plan isn’t just about building a successful company; it’s about transforming an industry for the better and bringing it into the 21st century. If Lord Sugar can see my vision, then I’d love to have him on board.
How would those who know you best describe you?
The kindest thing anyone has ever said to me was by my wife, who told me a while back, “nobody’s ever a stranger to you.” I asked her what she meant, and she told me that to everyone I meet, I treat them like I’ve known them my whole life. I do think the world has lost a lot of perspective, and being able to treat everyone like a friend goes a long way. Ultimately, people prefer to do business with friends they trust. Nobody likes a transactional corporate robot, which is why authenticity is the best recipe - not just in business, but in general life too.
