Kennedy & Julia

Adventurer Kennedy is a freelance make-up artist who fancies herself as a bit of an explorer, having just come back from three months of travelling around Asia. However, she’s worried her strong will could get her into trouble with the other adventurers. She’s a trained street dancer and she’s trying to get into yoga, though in a recent class she couldn’t meditate for more than 10 seconds without her mind wandering.

Julia’s a medical receptionist in Manchester city centre. She grew up in a tiny village in Edinburgh with four older siblings. 'Kennedy' also happens to be the name of Julia’s great, great, great grandmother. Like her daughter, Julia’s adventurous at heart and can often be found walking, cycling, climbing and kayaking. She’s also a big fan of hip hop and old school R&B, especially Luther Vandross. Julia can be a protective mum and during Prized Apart she’ll miss tucking Kennedy in bed, which she does every night without fail.
