Elizabeth & Sandra

Adventurer Elizabeth moved to the south of England from Dublin when she was 15 years old and she’s had lots of jobs since then, including working in a hotel in Amsterdam. Despite that, she says the most adventurous thing she’s ever done is dive into the deep end of a swimming pool and she’s determined to overcome her fear of deep water on Prized Apart. Elizabeth’s currently an English tutor and also organises the daily running of a dating website with Sandra. She’s been with Sandra for over 15 years, ever since they met at a dinner party.

Studio player Sandra is an occupational therapist and an art school graduate. She’s nervous about Elizabeth leaving home as, since they entered into their civil partnership in 2009, they’ve never spent more than eight days apart. She’s also nervous about having to do the housework, which Elizabeth usually takes care of, but she hopes that taking part in Prized Apart will enable them to achieve their dream of moving to America.
