Me, too! So we're in luck, आज टॉ  म त्याला आवडणाऱ्या कार्यक्रमबद्दल सांगणार आहे. याबद्दलचे काही शब्द 'the main character'  'discovers he has superpowers', आणि 'the storyline'.

I'm watching this really good show at the moment. It's about a guy who discovers he has superpowers. I'm on episode 3. I really like the main character so far, and the storyline's really interesting. I recommend it!

So, does Tom like it? Yes, he uses words like 'really good' and 'interesting' to show us that he's enjoying it.

टॉमने या कार्यक्रमाची माहीती कशी दिली? त्याने दोन वाक्यं वापरलीत.    

I'm watching this really good show at the moment. It's about a guy who discovers he has superpowers.

Sam
OK, he starts with 'I'm watching…', where he uses the present continuous of 'watch' because he is watching it 'at the moment'. Maybe not right now in this moment, but he hasn't finished the series, so the action is still continuing.

आणि ती मालिका कशाबद्दल आहे हे सांगण्यासाठी 'it's about…' असं म्हटलंय.

Sam
Yes, and instead of 'a guy' you can use any other person or thing or place or time, and instead of 'who' you can use 'that', 'which', 'where' and 'when' and then the present simple. Let's practise that, repeat after me:

It's about a girl that has superpowers.

It's about a town where everyone's a ghost.

Great! Now let’s look at how Tom tells us where he is in the series.

I'm on episode 3.

Tejali
Ok, तो कितवा भाग बघतोय हे सांगण्यासाठी तो म्हणाला 'I'm on…'

Sam
And he said 'episode 3', but he could also say 'I'm on the third episode'. Quick practice! Repeat after me, please:

I'm on episode 12.

I'm on the second series.

Tejali
आणि मालिका कशी वाटली याबद्दल त्याने कसं सांगितलं, ऐकू या.

I really like the main character so far, and the storyline's really interesting.

Tejali
तुम्ही एकतर 'I like…' ने सुरूवात करू शकता किंवा 'I don't like…' ने. यासोबत 'to be' चं योग्य रूप आणि तुम्हाला काय आवडलं किंवा आवडलं नाही ते सांगा. तो म्हणाला  'this is really interesting'.

Let's quickly practise those two options. Repeat after me:

I really like the main character.

The main character's really interesting.

Thanks, Sam. तुमच्या आवडत्या शोबद्दल कसं सांगायचं ते लक्षात आलं का तुमच्या? चला मग आता सराव करू. तुमच्या आवडत्या शोबद्दल तुम्हाला सांगायचं आहे, तुम्हाला यात 'interesting' वापरायचं आहे.  लक्षात ठेवा तुम्हाला सुरुवात करायचीये 'I'm'ने . विचार करा आणि तुमच उत्तरं सांगा. नंतर तुमचं उत्तर सॅमच्या उत्तरासोबत पडताळून पाहा.

Good! आता तुम्ही स्टोरी सांगताय. दोन कुटूंबांतल्या सत्तेसाठीच्या संघर्षाची ही कहाणी आहे. यासाठी वापरा 'two families' आणि 'fight for power'.

Sam
It's about two families who fight for power.
