Cad é mar atá tú? Is mise Conall Ó Máirtín agus imrím le mo chlub áitiúil, an Eaglais, Naomh Pádraig.
Is mise Bláithín Ní Mhurchú. Imrím le mo chlub áitiúil, Teampall an Phoirt.
Inniu chruthaigh muid cúrsa aclaíochta ina bhfuil léim, tiontú, rúid, rúid ghasta agus go leor rudaí eile.
Chruthaigh muidne an ceann seo inniu agus tá sé déanta as rudaí a bhí ina luí thart. Tá cosa scuaibe againn, tá mataí urláir againn, tá cóta againn, rópa scipeála, bacanna agus ansin mogalra atá déanta as cailc.
nois an bhfuil tú réidh, a Bhláithín?
Tá!
Scuab do chosa idir na cosa scuaibe. Maith thú, ar do bharraicíní, agus brúigh ó chos amháin go dtí an chos eile. Sin é, maith thú, ar aghaidh chuige seo agus léim ón chéad bhrat go dtí an dara ceann, sin é. Agus chuig an tríú ceann. Maith thú! Rúid ghasta idir na cótaí anois. Maith an bhean! Faigh an rópa scipeála anois agus fríd na bacanna anois. Maith thú, sin é, coinnigh ag dul. Fíormhaith, maith thú. Iontach maith agus ar aghaidh chuig an mogalra seo agus ar do chos dheas nó chlé, fríd an mhogalra atá déanta le cailc. Sin é, ag athrú cos. Maith thú, sin iontach maith. Agus anois, ar ais chuig an tús arís. Sin é, go hiontach, maith thú.
How are you?! I'm Conall Martin and I play for my local club, St. Patrick's, Eglish.
I'm Blaithín Murphy. I play for my local club, Templeport.
Today we've created a circuit that involves jumping, turning, sprinting and lots more.
These will really develop you - balance, agility and co-ordination. And these are very important skills which you need for Gaelic Football.
You don't need specialist equipment for setting up a circuit. We set this one up today and it's made up of stuff that was lying around. We have brush shafts, floor mats, a coat, a skipping rope and then a grid done out with chalk.
Now, are you ready, Bláithín?
Yes!
Side-shuffle between the brush shafts. Good, up on your toes and push off from one foot to the other. That's it, well done, on to this and jump from the first floor mat to the second, that's it. And to the third. Well done! Sprint between the coats now. Good woman! Get the skipping rope now and around the obstacles now. Well done, that's it, keep going. Excellent, well done. Very good and on to this grid and hop using right or left foot, through the grid drawn with chalk. That's it, changing feet. Well done, that's very good. And now back to the start again. That's it, brilliant, well done.
