Known as The War Chief
A ruthless, calculating killer, the War Chief joined forces with the War Lords in a plan for universal domination. He exploited his knowledge of time travel, aiming to create an unstoppable army comprising warriors plucked from human history. This brutal and lunatic scheme was foiled by the Doctor but even he was unable to single-handedly redress the chaos the War Chief had wrought. Thousands of humans had been removed from their rightful places in time and space and the Doctor needed the help of his own people, the mighty Time Lords, to return them safely home.
The War Chief was ultimately the victim of his own scheming. After the Doctor contacted his people, the War Chief knew they would punish him severely and therefore attempted to escape. But one of his former allies was not willing to let him simply 'disappear' and he was shot before he could evade justice.
The War Chief appeared in The War Games.
