Known as Hedin
Hedin is more proof that a place on the High Council of Time Lords is no guarantee of good judgment. An old friend of the Doctor's and a respected figure on Gallifrey, he harboured secret sympathies for Omega and helped to free him from his anti-matter domain. All very noble except Omega was insane by this point and his plan involved the death of the Doctor and endangered the stability of the entire universe. Poor old Hedin held no evil in his hearts but his misguided madness cost him dearly. He sacrificed his own life to save the Doctor whom he believed was necessary for the return of Omega.
Hedin appeared in Arc of Infinity.
