How are the mighty fallen. Words which could have been written for Borusa, an aged Time Lord who was once one of the Doctor's teachers and later his trusted ally when the two stood shoulder-to-shoulder against the Master, Sontarans and Omega. He rose to the exalted position of Lord President of the Time Lords but craved more. He sought immortality! His quest for eternal life put the Doctor in peril but ultimately his plan backfired terribly and he became trapped in Rassilon's tomb, apparently for all time.
Borusa appeared in The Deadly Assassin, The Invasion of Time, Arc of Infinity and The Five Doctors.
