Carrying on from the nautical discussions yesterday, if anyone ever wants to have a go at sailing, Mr Bee and I are more than happy to take people out. Children too, over the age of about 7, although we don't have any kiddies' size lifejackets so they'd have to be big enough to fit into an adult one. I think it's because our conditioning from a young age means that the shapes of the words become important to the brain and you recognise them rather than reading each individual word. Even correctly spelled words are harder to read in upper case than lower case.
