Re-creating my world famous pickled beetroot and goats cheese salad. Goats cheese is coated with crushed hazelnuts and toasted pine nuts then grilled, all arranged loveliful with walnut oil, balsamic & creme fraiche dressed leaves and balsamic jelly.
