| Monday, 17 February, 2003, 20:38 GMT Slade slams defending Scarborough boss Russell Slade criticised his team's failure to defend set-pieces after losing 1-0 to Halifax. "We lost to Chester from a set-piece, to Dagenham from a set-piece," Slade told BBC Radio York. "We have to learn not to give free-kicks and corners away. Maybe if we were a bit more professional then games would swing our way. "After they got the goal you could see some of our confidence drain away." |
