The Mid Antrim 150 road races are set to return to the racing calendar in 2009 after being called off this year.

A committee of officials has been set up to organise the event with former clerk of the course Jack Agnew expected to play a leading role.

It is anticipated that the start and finish area will return to the Clough village area of the circuit.

This year's race did not take place after differences between some club members and the MCUI were not resolved.
