Blue Square South side Worcester City have appointed Carl Heeley as their new manager until the end of next season following a spell as caretaker boss.
Heeley played over 500 games for City and had a spell as assistant before taking temporary control following Richard Dryden's exit in January.
He led a makeshift City to a shock 2-0 win at Dover on Tuesday.
He said: "We're full of confidence and we feel we can get something from the game [at Bromley on Saturday]."
He told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "We don't aim to go there and get a point or to keep the score down, we aim to go there and win."
The victory at Dover has lifted the St George's Lane club seven points clear of the relegation places although they have played two games more than third-bottom Lewes.
"We got beaten by Bromley in the last minute in the home game which was our first league match of the season and I thought we were very unfortunate," he said.
"But they are in a mix of probably eight or 10 sides who feel they can get into the play-offs at the end of the season.
"But if we can reproduce the performance and commitment that we had the other evening then they are going to be in for a very difficult afternoon."
Heeley will be without the suspended Shabir Khan and injured trio Matt Birley, Mark Clyde and Tom Kemp, but Alfie Carter is expected to return.
There will be full commentary on Worcester City's Blue Square South match at Bromley on Saturday on 738 AM and online on BBC Hereford & Worcester.
