Blue Square Premier leaders Stevenage kept their double-winning dream alive with a semi final first leg FA Trophy win over Kidderminster Harriers.
Kidder defender Gavin Caines cancelled out David Bridges' 26th minute header.
But two strikes just before the break from Yemi Odubade and Bridges put Stevenage in the clear before two-goal Chris Beardsley wrapped up victory.
Odubade took his total to four in two games following his midweek hat-trick in the 4-0 thumping of Barrow.
Harriers had hoped for revenge after their 3-2 FA Trophy final defeat by Stevenage in the first game played at the rebuilt Wembley three years ago.
But former Harriers striker Beardsley's late double now leaves Stevenage massive favourites to reach Wembley in next Saturday's second leg at Broadhall Way.
And it was also a first defeat in 10 games for Harriers new boss Steve Burr since he took over almost two months ago.
