West Indies' tour in 1995 lasted nearly four months, while England's chop-and-change selection policy saw 21 different players used in the six Tests.

Although many of the Windies' old guard had retired, the pace quartet of Curtly Ambrose, Courtney Walsh, Ian Bishop and Kenny Benjamin took 97 of the 102 English wickets to fall in the Tests - while Brian Lara was now the world's best batsman.

England won the ODIs 2-1 and the tourists won the first Test but the second at Lord's was a dream debut for Dominic Cork - who took 7-43 as England squared the series.

The Windies won the third Test by an innings after skittling England for 89, but despite a Lara century, the fourth Test belonged to Cork as he took four wickets in each innings, including a hat-trick in the second, as England levelled matters again.

The last two Tests were drawn - meaning another series had been drawn 2-2.
