Ashley Roberts goes with the creative flow
TV presenter and performer Ashley Roberts left the Pussycat Dolls to persue a solo career, she became better known to the British public when she came a close second on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
She proved to be a popular public figure on the reality TV show and found the whole experience life-changing: "Being in the jungle gave me a new perspective on life. I discovered out there’s so much to gain if you can get past what you’re afraid of. I applied that to my music. I was determined to do it and make it a success."
She went on to be one of the judges on Dancing on Ice and now regularly presents on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
She started dancing and singing at a very young age but when she's not recording or performing she likes to get creative by listening to music and letting herself go. We asked her to tell us more.

How does it make you feel?
Makes me feel alive. And also a sense of escapism from any worries I may have. It's such a release. Free medicine for the soul.
Why would you encourage other people to get creative?
Creativity is vital for the soul. A way to express your uniqueness and embrace it!
