Nick Knowles' soul food
Television presenter Nick Knowles has become a household name through game shows such as Who Dares Wins, Break the Safe and Perfection. And although he describes himself as a DIY avoider, he has presented the BBC's DIY SOS since 1999.
But when he's not presenting, writing or directing - or enjoying becoming a dad for the fourth time - Nick also finds time for music, expressing his creativity through guitar playing.
We asked Nick what creativity meant to him.

| How do you get creative outside of work? | How does it make you feel? | Why would you encourage other people to get creative? |
|---|---|---|
| I play guitar with my brother John | Relaxed and de-stressed | Because it’s soul food |
