Bristol
With BBC Radio Bristol, BBC Radio Gloucestershire and BBC Radio Wales.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Severn Bridge and the dawn of a new BBC Music Day, Grammy Award-winning local singer-songwriter Amy Wadge has composed a special song to perform on the Severn Bridge. Bristol's Gospel Generation Community Choir will be joined by Only Men Aloud at the Aust viewing area to jointly perform the song.
BBC Radio Bristol, BBC Radio Gloucestershire and BBC Radio Wales will broadcast live from 5am to 6:30am.
The Severn Bridge was opened by The Queen on September 8th, 1966 and replaced the ferry service crossing from Aust to Beachley. The new bridge provided a direct link for the M4 motorway into Wales and has carried more than 300,000,000 vehicles since it was opened.
