Nationwide with Music In Hospitals
On 3rd June 2016, for BBC Music Day Music in Hospitals will be sending musicians to venues across England, Wales and Scotland in their efforts to take music to the people, who, for health or other reasons, would otherwise not be able to attend BBC Music Day festivities. Music In Hospitals have set them selves thechanllenge to perform over 110 concerts on the day.
Music in Hospitals is a charity whose mission is to improve the quality of life for adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability through the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music in hospitals, hospices, day care centres, special schools and care homes.
