Wen she reach house, she say her eldest dey on di phone dey call ambulance service and e dey "scream Draco no dey breathe".
Dem carry di four-year-old to di Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital before dem transfer am to Addenbrooke's Hospital for Cambridge.
Draco bin get Noonan syndrome - one genetic condition wey fit cause different kain health problems. Im mama statement say e get heart abnormalities, e small for im age and get mental age of a two-year-old.
Dem later comot am from life support and transfer am to Quidenham Children Hospice for Norfolk wia im die on 23 April 2019.
In conclusion, Norfolk assistant coroner Ms Thompson say di serious case review refer to videos on YouTube about using double stair gates, add say "issues fit dey wey dem need address".
Speaking afta di inquest, Draco papa say im son dey "mischievous at times, but in a loveable way" and im death don destroy di family.
