Lagos State goment don publish protocols and guidelines wey tourism and hospitality business myst follow as di state dey prepare to open up im economy.
For statement wey di Honourable Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Uzamat Akinbile-Yussuf release ova di weekend, she say di protocols and guidelines na to ensure di health and safety of all guests and staff for all di facilities.
According to her, "Di rules go affect all accommodation establishments like hotels, motels, apartments, suites, inns, guest houses etc; tourism enterprises like event centres and food companies, like restaurants, eateries, fast food, lounge and bars, and cinemas".

Wetin be di rules?
E dey compulsory say pipo wear face mask, wash hand, use sanitizers, maintain social distancing, do temperature check, encourage cashless transactions, disinfect di premises and buildings.
Hotels, motels, suites inns, guest houses
Must operate 50% capacity so as to maintain physical distancing, plus dem must separate dining tables.
For hotels, all guests (wey don pass 18 years old) go sign one Covid-19 form at di reception wey go get di name, address and phone number of guests for easy contact tracing".

Restaurants, chop-chop place
Owners of restaurants and eateries go put two metres spacing for di floor to guide dia customers for physical distancing.
She add say fast food outlets and eateries go maintain take-away services for now.
Event centres, entertainment places
Di commissioner direct dat dem must hold valid licence from before di goment plus also get event safety clearance form.
"Occupancy for any event, for now, no go pass 50% maximum capacity of di hall wit maximum duration of three hours for all social events.
Sitting arrangement for event centres must also comply wit di two metres physical spacing.
