| Tuesday, 12 November, 2002, 23:22 GMT Kidderminster 3-2 Swindon Abdou Sall scored a golden goal as Kidderminster narrowly defeated Swindon in the third round of the LDV Vans Trophy. An electrical fault delayed kick off for over an hour. And the match looked like it could go to penalties until Sall rose highest to head home Sam Shilton's corner in the 105th minute. Swindon opened the scoring in the 39th minute as Danny Invincible latched onto a pass from Gareth Edds and drilled a low shot past goalkeeper Stuart Brock. In an amazing start to the second half, Swindon doubled their lead through Alan Young's powerful drive in the 47th minute. But less than a minute later Kidderminster midfielder John Melligan smashed a low shot past Craig Farr. And almost straight from the kick-off, Ian Foster played in strike-partner Drewe Broughton who slotted home the equaliser. Both sides had chances to win the game in normal time, while David Duke saw a stunning shot crash back off the crossbar in the first period of extra time. But the tie was eventually settled by Sall's goal. Kidderminster: Brock, Coleman, Hinton, Sall, Stamps, Melligan, Flynn, Parrish, Shilton, Broughton, Foster. Subs: Danby, Williams, Ayres, Henriksen, Smith. Swindon: Farr, Willis, Heywood, Reeves, Edds, Robinson, Miglioranzi, Dykes, Jackson, Invincibile, Young. Subs: Griemink, Hewlett, Gurney, Parkin, Duke.
