Jersey narrowed the gap on league leaders Ealing Trailfinders to seven points after recording a 46-18 win against Taunton at St Peter. Jersey scored five tries, with Henno Venter, Nick Trower, Steve O'Brien, Ed Dawson and Michael Le Bourgoise all going over. The Somerset side scored twice, their touchdowns coming from Edward Stagg and Christian Gervais. Jersey still have a game in hand over Ealing who beat Old Albanians 28-19.
