Jersey also beat Ealing when the sides met at St Peter in October |
Second-placed Jersey beat the National Two South leaders Ealing Trailfinders for the second time this season, with a 15-0 win in London. A converted Donovan Sanders try gave the islanders a 7-0 lead at half time. Sanders scored again after the break and a Michael Le Bourgeois penalty completed the win to leave Jersey eight points off top, with a game in hand. Jersey coach Ben Harvey said: "We defended superbly, I don't think there was a missed tackle through the game." Harvey told BBC Radio Jersey: "We finished two very, very good opportunities to score tries. "I don't think they've ever been stuffed as badly as that by a fantastically dominant scrum." The result was only Ealing's second league loss so far this season - both defeats against the islanders. Jersey were 32-18 winners when the sides met at St Peter in October.
