Desperques has met and defeated Shorto in all three finals

Martyn Desperques remained the only name on Guernsey's Individual Snooker League Trophy after a captivating 5-2 success over Adam Shorto.

It was the third time in the competition's three-year history that the pair had met.

Shorto took the first frame with a 68 break only to be pegged back by Desperques with a 62 in the next.

Shorto moved ahead in the third, but Desperques reeled off four frames in a row to seal his hat-trick of titles.
