Peter Norfolk warmed up for the Quad Wheelchair singles final at the Australian Open with a simple 6-1 6-2 win against Sweden's Johan Andersson. Norfolk, 49, had already secured a spot in the final against David Wagner but wrapped up the round-robin stage by beating Andersson with ease. The world number one will face American Warner at 0200 GMT on Saturday. Norfolk became the first Briton to win a Paralympic medal in tennis when he took singles gold in Athens in 2004. He then won gold in the singles event and bronze in the doubles, with Jamie Burdekin, in Beijing in 2008. Hopes of further success in Friday's quad doubles and women's doubles finals ended when Norfolk, fellow Briton Lucy Shuker and their respective doubles partners were beaten. In the quad doubles final, Norfolk and Andersson were beaten by Wagner and his fellow American Nick Taylor 6-2 7-6 (7-5). Shuker and Australia's Daniela di Toro were beaten 6-3 7-6 (7-5) by France's Florence Gravellier and Aniek van Koot.
