* St Patrick's in Iten, Kenya has produced lots of World Champion runners including Ibrahim Hussein, Peter Rono and Japhet Kimutai. We will be following the stories of the school's current pupils in the run up to 2012.
Olympic Dreams Live in London
Every winning school will be invited by the British Council to send a teacher to a special event in London where they will meet teachers from the athletes' schools to start their twinning journey. Secondary schools will also be invited to send one pupil aged 16 or over.
Winning schools will follow the stories of World Olympic Dreams athletes with their twin schools. Working with the World Class team, schools will be able to share and compare ideas and experiences on the BBC website.
Everyone's a winner!
All schools that signed up for the Olympic Dreams School Search will receive a special poster featuring pupils at Usain Bolt's secondary school in Jamaica, and will also be given support to set up their own international school partnership by the British Council schools team.
The British Council team will contact everyone to get the process underway before the end of the year.
