Lindgren's unbeaten run of heat wins at Monmore Green was ended

Wolverhampton extended their lead in the Elite League with a 53-39 victory over Belle Vue at Monmore Green.

Freddie Lindgren's run of heat victories on his home track this season was ended at 30 by Krysyztof Kasprzak, but he still top-scored for Wolves.

Despite a crash that saw James Wright suffer a knee injury, Belle Vue were in contention until successive Wolves 5-1s in heats nine and 10.

Wolves have won all seven home League meetings by double-figure margins.
