Ipswich Witches picked up three vital Elite League points as they beat early leaders Wolverhampton 51-40 at Foxhall Stadium on Thursday. Piotr Swiderski top scored for Ipswich with 10 points but all seven riders picked up either a heat win or paid win in a solid team performance. Freddie Lindgren amassed 16 points for Wolves but Tai Woffinden fell twice which proved costly. Ipswich visit Eastbourne on Saturday and host Peterborough on Monday.
