Priaulx's hopes of another World Touring Car title took |
Guernsey's reigning World Touring Car champion Andy Priaulx has seen his title hopes take a severe dent after Sunday's races at Monza. Despite a third-placed finish in race one, Priaulx dropped out of the second race in the opening laps. It mean Priaulx is 34 points behind the championship leader Yvan Muller. With just two meetings left and 40 points to play for, Priaulx needs a strong finish if he is to retain his World Touring Car title.
