Proudlock is the third ex-Stockport player to join the Quakers
Darlington have signed striker Adam Proudlock following his release from League One side Stockport County.
Proudlock, 27, becomes the third player to make the switch from Stockport this summer, joining former team-mates David Poole and Adam Griffin at the Arena.
The ex-Wolves trainee made 20 appearances for the Hatters last season, scoring 10 times.
However he was not involved in Stockport's 3-2 play-off final win against Rochdale at Wembley.
The transfer takes manager Dave Penney's list of new signings to five, following the capture of Leyton Orient defender Clayton Fortune, Middlesbrough utility man Jason Kennedy and Hatters duo Poole and Griffin.
