Proudlock has plenty of experience at Championship level |
Stockport County have signed former Ipswich Town striker Adam Proudlock. Proudlock, 25, has agreed non-contract terms at Edgeley Park after ending a short spell at Portman Road at the end of last season.
Boss Jim Gannon told County's website: "Adam has played all his football at a higher level and it's easy to see why.
"We need to help him improve his fitness and give him an opportunity to get back playing again. Once he does, he will prove to be a great asset."
Proudlock spent most of his career at Wolves and Sheffield Wednesday, while also having loan spells at Clyde, Nottingham Forest and Tranmere.
