Rushden, who managed a 3-1 win over League Two side Macclesfield, will be away to Bristol Rovers.
The joint-lowest ranked team, Chasetown, visit Port Vale while Harrogate Railway host Mansfield.

Chasetown, in Staffordshire, play in the Southern League Midlands Division while Harrogate Railway are in Unibond Division One (North). With Cambridge United and Weymouth, both of the Blue Square Premier, drawn against each other, there will be at least one non-league club in the third round.
