Richie Barker netted twice as Pools destroyed their non-League opponents. Barker scored after Michael Mackay's cross and headed home Jamie McCunnie's corner, before Gary Liddle headed in after keeper Adam Sollitt's poor punch.
Ian Moore made it four in the 69th minute after more good work by McCunnie, and Joel Porter crossed for James Brown to head in the fifth.
Substitute Porter completed the rout eight minutes from time, when he cut in from the right and fired past Sollitt.
