"Credit to Gainsborough, they stuck at it and really battled hard," Wilson said after the FA Cup first round tie.

"I thought our lads showed a very professional attitude. We said the first goal was crucial and to get that early on was a big boost.

"Some of the goals were terrific, we created a host of chances and it was nice to see a few of them net."
