Woking part with boss Graham Baker and assistant Dack
Baker was appointed as Woking manager in April 2009
Woking FC manager Graham Baker and assistant Jimmy Dack are both leaving the club after failing to resolve their differences with the board.
The pair were suspended this week due to their "declared unhappiness" over a number of issues at Kingfield.
A club statement said exit arrangements with Baker and Dack are underway and the club are now looking for a new manager for the rest of the season.
Baker took over in April 2009 and was the Cards' fifth manager in five years.
Former Peterborough boss Gary Johnson is reported to be among the names being considered, his brother Peter was youth coach at Woking before leaving to join him at Yeovil Town.
Baker, who guided Woking to the Blue Square Bet South play-off final last season, has confirmed to BBC Surrey that he is unable to make any comment while "exit discussions " are continuing.
