Woking FC manager Graham Baker and assistant Jimmy Dack have been suspended by the club.
The club released a statement claiming the management team of Baker and Dack had 'declared their unhappiness with continuing in their current role'.
As a result, the club board had decided to suspend their involvement with the club until the situation was resolved.
Baker, who has guided Woking to 11th in the Blue Square Bet South, refused to comment to BBC Surrey.
