The semi-final draw was made for the Parkinson's Railway Cup on Saturday evening.
Last year's winners Peel will face Douglas High School Old Boys at Blackberry Lane in the first semi-final on 27 November.
The second tie, to be played on the same day, will see league leaders St Georges play host to Laxey.
The cup in contested by the top four sides in the Premiership after all teams have played each other once.
The final will be played on 27 December.
