Laxey beat Castletown 4-0 in the Isle of Man Premier League on Saturday to take the final Railway Cup place at the expense of Rushen and St Marys.
With all of the Premier League sides having played each other once, Laxey join St Georges, Douglas High School Old Boys and Peel in the top four.
Rushen beat Peel 3-1 to move to fifth on the same points as Laxey, but missed out with an inferior goal difference.
St Marys dropped to sixth after a 1-0 defeat at the second placed Old Boys.
Meanwhile, leaders St Georges still lead by three points at the top, after securing a 4-1 away win at Corinthians.
At the other end of the table, Gymns remain bottom after a 5-3 defeat at home to Ayre and Ramsey beat Michael 3-1.
The semi-finals of the Railway Cup will be played on the 27 November with the final scheduled for 27 December.
