The Centenary Bowl is St Paul's ladies third trophy of the season
St Paul's ladies followed the success of their men's side by beating Sylvans 1-0 to lift the Centenary Bowl 'Upton' Trophy on Sunday.
The close-fought match between the Guernsey and Jersey ladies league champions came a day after the men's, which Jersey's St Paul's won 3-1.
The deciding goal came in the first half after a goalmouth scramble.
Both coaches praised the Sylvans keeper Lauren Saunders, who made important saves to keep her side in the game.
Sylvans coach Lisa Sylvester said: "I think Jersey had the edge physically, our girls were a little bit taken back by the physicality of it all. I am proud of them and with an average age of 22 we've got many more years to come.

"With a little bit more luck it could of worked, but we've got things to work on for next season."
St Paul's coach Ken Addisonsaid: "I don't think the scoreline really reflects the chances that we created. Their goalkeeper played really, really well, but if we had got a second they would probably have gone to pieces.
"Fair play to Sylvans though, I thought they played really well."
